Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every digital product you buy from N&N Solutions BV ("we", "us"), 't Hof 64, 8730 Beernem, Belgium, including Helen's Kitchen Remedies and Grandpa's Money Rules (each a "Product").
The products
Our Products are digital books and guides delivered as downloadable files (usually PDF). Each Product's page describes what it contains. The price is shown on the product page and at checkout, including any applicable tax.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You receive a receipt by email after payment.
Delivery
Right after payment you are taken to a download page for your Product. Please save the file to your device. If you have any trouble downloading, email us and we will send you the file.
Your license
When you buy a Product, you may download, read and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the property of N&N Solutions BV.
Refunds
If you are not happy with a Product, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU law, the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content ends once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery. Our 14-day refund promise above applies regardless, so you keep the option to get your money back within 14 days.
Content and characters
Our Products are for general information and education. They do not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Any topic-specific notes are shown on each Product's page and inside the Product. Some of our characters, images and videos are created with artificial intelligence and are labeled as such.
Liability
We take care to make our Products accurate and useful, but we are not liable for any loss resulting from the use or misuse of their content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
